besides the fact that baby violet was having monumental meltdowns all day yesterday, she also managed to accomplish the following:
- found a screw on the ground, and hid it deftly in the dog food. we haven't managed to figure out if she loves the dog, or is secretly plotting to kill him. (see picture)
- managed to get ahold of a hershey's kiss. on a white rug.
- knocked a tub of raw sugar off a shelf. the dog licked that up.
- while i was putting away the raw sugar, knocked off a tin of oatmeal. a tiny $6 tin of steel cut oatmeal. most was lost to the floor.
- dumped a bowl of cereal on me.
- just as i put a spoonful of yogurt in her mouth, sneezed.
- not to mention the several incidents of toilet splashing.
like i said. i'm tired. i was not in spirits to get pictures of any of these incidents.
11 rubber neckers:
yeah for some comic relief...for me at least... :)
oh sure sure. i'm so glad i could provide you with a laugh. harumph!
seriously though. i KNOW you have the same days. misery loves company.
Geez. That would make for a bunch of great pictures, but I now understand what it means to be tired.
I'm tired, too. Today I did all the things Violet did, only I did them to myself. Tomorrow is a new day, ready for more mistakes, eh?
I especially enjoyed the yogurt bit. I think she loves the dog, otherwise she wouldn't try and sneak "treats" into his bowl. That's an adorable photo.
eric- i'm willing to bet you're more tired that i am right now. and i'm pregnant and have a toddler. that's saying something.
pants- i'm sorry you're having a rough time. please don't take it out on innocent animals though.
pugly- considering "DAH" is her favorite word. and she calls all furry critters "DAH", i suppose she's fond of him. the feeling is definately NOT mutual.
I can't wait until she's walking, and he can't escape. He's terrified of her.
he's terrified of her.
Poor Pup! What kind of dog? Ours can't figure out the little kids...BTW, I love the smiley on the ultrasound (congrats, in case I didn't say it before!)
It was a blessing that our dog passed away before our affectionate children arrived! They'd have done her in, for sure!
elsa- he's a papillon. he's very fancy. and terrified.
lorykc- i think gus wishes he could join your dog.
