chiro- we actually had that conversation over dinner. and i looked it up. apparantly lima/butter beans are the same thing. i always thought that butter beans were bigger and browner.
i just want everyone to know that as i type, i am eating the leftover lima beans for lunch.
I don't think I've ever really had lima beans before. I would probably like them though because I love everything
